Kelvin functions of the second kind ker and kei and order 0 to 1.
Arguments
- z
value to evaluate the kelvin functions
- nSeq
positive integer; if \(> 1\), computes the result for
a whole sequence of nu values;
if nu >= 0,nu, nu+1, ..., nu+nSeq-1,
if nu < 0, nu, nu-1, ..., nu-nSeq+1.
